With guests from more than 10 different countries all over the world, no doubt it will definitely be a global extravaganza. There’s no such thing as language or culture barrier whatsoever. All the peeps were inter-connected with each other, dancing and getting drunk all night long in the name of Love..:) We enjoyed so much working on this wedding and together with our lovely couple, the international and local guests and all the awesome suppliers in the industry, we party with them and rocked the house down..:)

” For a long time, I didn’t think I would do this, but when I first met you, I know there’s something very special about you. If I ask what I’ve wanted for myself and for the rest of my life, I’ll said it will be you and yes it’s you. ” These are the words that were uttered by our groom who is evidently in love with our bride and finally found his destiny. Two different people who came from the opposite sides of the planet, with two completely different cultures but came their way to be together and meshed perfectly. Truly love never fails.

A beauty queen and a public servant got married. Nikko the groom is an ABC President of Maasin City and the son of Maasin, Southern Leyte Congressman Mercado. Daisy Jane or DJ was one of the beauties of Miss Maasin City not so long ago. So definitely it’s the biggest wedding event in the city for quite some time. DJ and Nikko even sponsored 16 lucky couples to have their wedding rites with them so there were lots of brides and grooms on this day, not to mentioned the crowd all over the church ’till the reception. It was a lil tough but had fun..:) It was an overwhelming experience for us seeing the 16 lucky and happy couples partake in the grandest wedding “I do” of DJ and Nikko and called it also their own. Awesome!

Charisse and I talked about a super 8 video a couple of months prior to their big day and if it’s possible to mimic it on their SDE video. The theme of their wedding is vintage so it’s just fitting that their SDE will be in oldies look also. Super 8 camera is so hard to find already here in the country so I just rely on my editing software and did some manipulation to make it look vintage.. Wew! it was lil bit tough considering that I need to render some heavy effects to make it look old and plus the time of the ceremony was in the morning..heheh.. But thanks God I still manage to pull this through and had this vid shown at the reception in a Super 8 look..:)

Highlight of the Day: Some VIP’s were at the wedding as principal sponsors headed by no less than the Vice President of the Philippines, Jejomar Binay and some Congressmen , Governors and Mayors.

The most unforgettable and enjoyable wedding that I experienced thus far.. I super had fun on this day. It’s just that there’s too many memorable moments and it all happens in one day. I’m part of the entourage as one of the groomsmen while at the same time shooting this video and doing the SDE..Wew! it was tough yet very enjoying..heheh..Had to keep on running all day long and that’s what you call multi-tasking to the next level..heheh.. What makes this wedding more interesting was, I danced together with the whole entourage at the reception and wow I didn’t know I was there already at the dance floor doing some hilarious old school dance moves which we rehearsed just a night before the wedding..I prefer not to include it here anyway in the video.. Dancing is not really my forte..heheh.. Plus the couple surprised me at the reception by having a birthday cake for me, a replica of a Canon 5D Mark II cake.. And all the guess were singing a birthday song for me..I was really touched.. One of the best days of my life and it happens all in here.. I prefer not to discuss the details what happened next at the after-party where tequila’s and beers flooded..One thing’s for sure, we all got drunk..heheh..
